Glenn founded Paddle Marco in 2016 and acquired Kayak Marco and Up a Creek Kayak tours in 2017. Glenn is a local on Marco Island and has been visiting since the mid 1980's. Glenn also handles all kayak and paddle board deliveries around Marco Island and south Naples. You may have seen Glenn driving the Paddle Marco trucks around Marco Island dropping off kayaks and paddleboards at homes, condos and parks.

Richard is a former park ranger for Collier County and felt it was time to retire and take on a more relaxing role at Paddle Marco. Richard has volunteered countless hours of his time at the Rookery Bay Research Reserve and at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida as a boat tour guide. Olga is from Kazakhstan and is a former kayak tour guide for us. She holds a master's degree in the teaching of English and has a presidential scholarship award. Olga edits all of our kayak tour photos every night for our customers to download and enjoy. When Olga paddles, her right arm doesn't paddle as much as her left, so we think she's KGB.
